Jiggs is a charter member of our Progressive Pit Program aiming to socialize the dogs at our shelter preparing them for the real world. Looking at this slide show you would never know that Jiggs was once a shy and fearful dog. Some dogs look so sweet that everybody overlooks their failings but this is not true for poor Jiggs. Jiggs is as close to an angel as we have found, and yet his tough-guy looks stop potential adopters from even looking at him twice. So what makes Jiggs so special?
